Why it exists, who built it, where it's going.
THE STORY
Opsivo Started in a Warehouse in Riyadh in 2008.
In 2008, I joined Alfanar Construction in Riyadh as Store In-Charge. Alfanar was an ISO 9000-certified electrical construction company executing sub-station installations, transmission lines, and communication towers. I ran their SAP MM system for 9 years. Stock control, quarterly audits, BOM management, GRN documentation, dead stock clearance. Every day.
After Alfanar I worked at ANABEEB in Al-Jubail managing pipeline construction warehouse operations, then ECC Group in Dubai on Oracle JD Edwards, and then Western Bainoona Group in Abu Dhabi managing QHSE consumables and production stores. The same problem everywhere: 20-to-500-person industrial companies managing operations on Excel. SAP was unaffordable. Odoo required months of consultants. Nothing fit.
In 2026 I decided to build it. Not because a market research report said there was an opportunity — because I was the Store In-Charge. I knew exactly what was broken and exactly what the software needed to do.

Opsivo SIA is incorporated in Riga, Latvia under the Latvia Startup Visa Programme. All customer data is stored in EU-region servers (AWS Frankfurt). GDPR-compliant by design. We are building a team of Latvian ICT engineers — 3 by end of Year 1, 12 by Year 3.
