In 2008, I was a Store In-Charge at Alfanar Construction in Riyadh — managing materials for sub-station installations and transmission line projects. We had SAP MM, but the configuration was built for procurement, not for the store team. I spent nine years at Alfanar learning every corner of warehouse operations, ISO 9000 compliance, and what a store team actually needs from software.
After Alfanar, I moved to ANABEEB Al-Jubail for pipeline construction, then to ECC Group in Dubai running Oracle JDE, then to Western Bainoona in Abu Dhabi managing QHSE consumables across multiple sites. The same problem appeared at every company: Excel was inadequate, SAP was unaffordable, and Odoo required a consultant to configure.
In 2026, I decided to build what I had always needed. Not from market research — from 22 years of lived experience as the person managing the store.
Opsivo is built for the person preparing the 4-day audit report, tracking the expired harness, and explaining BOM variance to the project manager. Not for the person reading the PowerPoint about it.
